The reason I uninstalled it was because the playback is so unsatisfactory - it doesn't recognise changes in technique at the right time - if it says pizz it will only do that a bar or so later. My recollection is that NotePerformer is customised to you before you download it, and all you need to do is validate your e-mail address. Please show us a screen-shot of whatever is asking you for a serial number.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'serial number' for NotePerformer. You don't have to re-download NotePerformer every time that you want to run the NotePerformer installer: you can save the installer file in a safe place and re-use it as necessary. But it won't acknowledge my serial number and tells me each time I have one less download left.
